This site has been pre-approved for retail/office building. 2) 7.7 acres located behind the Dollar General store with access rights to existing commercial entrance on Route 40. This site has been approved for 20,000 sq. ft. for contractor’s shop/warehouse building. There is an existing water well on the property as well.
